How does the retrofit installation work?
Our device uses industrial signal splitters that sit between your existing sensor and your PLC. This allows us to 'listen' to the 4-20mA or Voltage signal without interrupting your local control system. Installation typically takes less than 30 minutes per tank.
Does this require my site's Wi-Fi?
No. The device includes a built-in cellular modem that operates on a private network. It is completely isolated from your site's IT infrastructure, ensuring security and removing the need for local network configuration.
What are the pre-work requirements for on-site install?
To ensure a smooth installation, we just need a few simple things ready ahead of time: Clear access to the existing sensor cables near the mounting point, A nearby 24V power supply, Basic information about your current sensor wiring (for example, 2- or 3-wire, 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA).
How does the pricing work?
It's a flat £1,000 upfront for the pre-configured hardware, plus a scalable software subscription based on your tank count (starting at £30/mo or £240/yr). Your subscription covers all cellular data, cloud hosting, and continuous platform updates.
What if I have more than 1 tank?
